The Fireside Indulgence Series

‘Fireside’ is a series of indulgent experiences set by the open fire at guest houses, cellar doors and restaurants; the perfect way to indulge on a winter’s day.

Kick back on the lounge by the fire and be tantalised by sweet pastries, cakes and treats paired with some of the region’s finest dessert wines; warm yourself with some reds from the cellar paired with local cheeses; enjoy a dish of local produce, paired with one of the Hunter Valley wines by the fire at one of the local restaurants... the choice is yours – go on spoil yourself!

Pepper Tree Wines in conjunction with Peppers Guest House welcome you to their winter fireside indulgence.

Every Saturday night during the month of June, guest will be treated to a food and wine experience with four canapés and four wines - the perfect way to start your evening.

Scarborough Winter Wine Discovery with Restaurant Botanica
 
Warm your palette this June with a unique wine and food discovery with Restaurant Botanica at Spicers Vineyards Estate and Scarborough Wine Co.

Enjoy a two or three course menu, a flight of Scarborough’s three revered Chardonnays and a complimentary glass of Late Harvest Semillon while dining by the cosy open fire at Restaurant Botanica (available dinner Wednesday to Sunday).

Enjoy a winter fireside getaway with 2 nights’ accommodation in a King Spa Suite, complimentary arrival mini bar, a Parisienne Breakfast each morning, a 3 course dinner in Restaurant Botanica on 1 night (Botanica is open Wed-Sun evenings), 2 x 1hr massages in your own suite with a roaring fire and aromatherapy candles and a bottle of Hunter Shiraz and toasting marshmallows to enjoy after the massage. Mid Week $495 per person, Weekend $605 per person (based on twin share).
